Full job description Short version:

At Rosen Hotels & Resorts, the Front Desk Lead helps the Front Desk Supervisor with day-to-day front desk tasks. They are in charge of all front desk employees, help with issues, and make sure that employees and guests follow Company Standards when they deal with each other.

What you need to do:

  • Help the Front Desk Supervisor with daily front desk tasks to make sure check-ins and check-outs go smoothly.
  • Supervise all front desk workers and help them deal with guests by giving them advice and support.
  • To keep customers happy, you should deal with and fix guest issues.
  • Watch how employees and guests deal with each other and step in when needed to make sure politeness and good customer service.
  • To do a good job at the front desk, you have to stand, walk, and move for long amounts of time during the shift.
  • Voice and written communication with workers and the public should work well.
  • Show that you know how to use computers and other technology to help with front desk chores.

Qualifications and experience:

  • You must have worked at the front desk for at least six months.
  • Being able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
    Must be able to work freely in the US.

Education and licences or certificates:

  • High school graduation or something similar is recommended.
