The Woodstock Inn & Resort offers a taste of New England culture and beautiful rooms. The Woodstock Inn is a place to stay all year that is both luxurious and full of history. It is located in the famous and beautiful town of Woodstock, Vermont. Every one of our 142 rooms and suites has Vermont’s unique style, from the beautiful wood-beam bed frames to the soft, hand-dyed blankets.

A lot of people love The Woodstock Inn & Resort in New England, and they’re looking for Reservation Agents to join their team.

Reservation Agents talk to guests on the phone and promote the Inn in a friendly and professional way. They are also the first people guests see when they call the resort, so they are in a very noticeable position. The main job duty for this person is to bring in money by booking hotel rooms for people over the phone. The person in this position also interacts with guests and employees in a very professional way, gives guests basic information about the resort, and answers their questions. Reservation Agents need to know about all the deals, events, and activities at the resort, as well as the rules and policies of the resort. Strong computer skills and the ability to use a computer system with two monitors are required for the job. There are both full-time and part-time jobs available.

ticket Agents are in charge of making plans and keeping track of all arriving guests’ ticket requests.
You should answer the phone and speak clearly and politely in English when talking to potential guests.
Pay attention to people to understand what they want or need.
Quickly give correct information about access, types of accommodations, events, eating, and other things.
Assign plans based on what the guests want and what is available.
The person must be able to read, gather, share, and confirm information, including giving the caller a confirmation number.
Use a computer ticket system to enter and get info.
Previous experience working as a guest service representative in a high-end resort is preferred. Graduated from high school. The youngest age is 18. Must be great at talking to people, taking calls, and using a computer. Must be able to do more than one thing at once and work well with others. Skilled with Outlook, Excel, and Word from Microsoft Office. Know how to use the NAVIS lead handling system. SMS Host fluency. The weekly plan has shifts in the morning, afternoon, evening, and on the weekends. The pay includes a reward programme.
